ASC, LLC is proudly serving Southern California: L.A. County, Orange County, Ventura County, and the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino Counties).


We provide certified nurses that are qualified for the following services:

Skilled Nursing: Hourly or shift nursing in individual’s home may include licensed RN, LVN, OT, PT, ST and Medical Social Workers.

Intermittent Home Health Care: Home Health Care is provided by the visit by RNs, LVNs, CHHAs and Therapists.

Home Health Aides: Providing care at home supervised by a Registered Nurse

EPSDT Programs/Supplemental Services: This is providing services to children, 21 years or younger who are full-scope Medi-Cal; by providing hourly or shift nursing at home and other support services by therapists and medical social workers.

Neuro-Rehabilitation

Providing Respite and Hospice care for those in the terminal stages of their illness

Registered Nurse (RNs) provides total individual care to coordinate medically prescribed treatment. Services include giving injections, intravenous therapy, blood pressure monitoring, health instruction and overall coordination of the health care program.

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVNs) work under a physician’s order to administer medication and treatment, while assisting the patient with daily living activities.

Physical Therapists improve a patient’s mobility and independence by using treatments such as exercise and range of motion with a focus on safety.

Occupational Therapists help individuals with energy conservation and activities of daily living, such as eating, dressing, and bathing using training and assistive devices.

Speech Therapists work with individuals who need speech, language, communication, and swallowing training after a stroke, surgery, or other condition.

Home Health Aides help with personal care and activities of daily living when skilled services are also provided.

Specialty services are also provided by social workers, nutritionists, behavioral health nurses, and grief specialists for both children and adults.

Durable Medical Equipment

Arrangement for these services will be made to meet the special needs of the patient. For example: commodes, wheelchairs, crutches, braces, and I.V. equipment.
